SantaPairThe service
SantaPair (santapair.com) is a free tool for drawing names for gift exchanges, together with guides about organizing them. The tool runs in your web browser. We don't create accounts and we don't store the information you enter on our servers.
Your content and responsibilities
- You're responsible for the names, wishlists, notes and links you enter, and for sharing reveal links only with the people they belong to.
- Only add people who are happy to take part, and don't enter sensitive personal information.
- Don't use SantaPair for anything unlawful, to harass anyone, or to distribute harmful links through wishlists.
How private links work
Each reveal link contains that person's match in scrambled form. The scrambling prevents accidental spoilers but isn't strong encryption: anyone who has a link can open it. Treat links like sealed envelopes. Because everything is stored in your browser, clearing your browser data deletes your event. Download a backup if you want to keep it. Third-party links, ads and affiliates
Wishlist links and other external links lead to websites we don't control. Our guides may contain advertising or affiliate links, for which we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Any such links are disclosed where they appear.
No warranty
SantaPair is provided free of charge, “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep it accurate and working, but we can't guarantee it will always be available or error-free. Always check that your draw looks right before sending links.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of SantaPair, including lost data, missed exchanges or disappointing gifts. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be excluded.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use SantaPair after a change means you accept the updated terms.
